How to Fix the Backup Could Not Be Saved on the Computer

1. Restart your iOS device and your computer

After restarting, try to make the backup again.

2. Update iTunes to the latest version

You can update within iTunes, or by downloading the latest version from Apple's iTunes download page.

3. Check your security settings
