Before Starting
Make sure you already have a proper backup for your iPhone on computer. To confirm this, you can Open iTunes > Connect your iPhone to computer > Choose your iPhone tab on the left side > Summary > Backups > Restore Backup:

1. Connect your device to your computer > Select your iPhone when it appears in iTunes > Select the Summary tab, and click the Restore button:

3. After a restore, the iOS device restarts. You should then see "Slide to set up". Follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant and you'll finish restoring iPhone process.
