As we all know that iCloud.com is the Web version of iCloud. And also, through iCloud.com we can access to iCloud Drive to manage and upload files. Go to iCloud.com > Sign in > Click iCloud Drive > Click Upload button on the top > Select the file you want to save to iCloud > Click Choose button.
