The Photos app on Windows 10 allows you to import pictures from iPhone 7 to PC, but you may not easy to find specific photos if you have a huge photo library.
Step 1. Plug in your iPhone 7 with USB cable to your Windows 10.
Step 2. Open the Photos app from the Start menu.
Step 3. Click Import button at the top right of the window.
Step 4. By default, all the photos and videos in camera roll are checked, and you need to click the photos you don’t want to import. Then click Continue.

Part 3. Transfer Photos from iPhone 7 to Windows 10 with File Explorer
The File Explorer on your Windows 10 allows you to enter the photo folder and import pictures from iPhone 7 to Windows 10.
Step 1. Connect your iPhone 7 to Windows 10, and open Windows File Explorer from Start menu > This PC > Desktop.
Step 2. Click your iPhone name > Internal Storage > DCIM.
Step 3. Find photos in folders you want to transfer to Windows 10, and click "Copy to".
Step 4. Choose location and select a folder where you want to save those photos, and click Copy.
