Have you been awfully low or extremely happy these days? Do you listen to certain pieces of music in iTunes again and again? The newly created playlist and the wonderful playlist management of iTunes have made our life much easier than before. You can imagine the cheer up playlist will lift your spirit; the calm down playlist will make you become quiet and regain composure, etc. sometimes you don't want to confine to the computer, then chances are that you need to transfer your playlist to you iPod.

Step 1: open iTunes and connect your iPod. (some iPods don't support playlist management)

Step 2: on the home screen, click the Summary tab > click your iPod button > check the "Manually manage music" > click apply.

Step 3: on the home screen, click Music tab > check "Sync Music" > choose the selected playlists, artists, Genres and Albums > click sync (or apply).
