Part 1. How to Enable iCloud Photo Library on iDevice/Mac/PC
To Set up iCloud Photo Library on iPhone iPad: Launch the Settings on your iPhone or iPad > Tap on iCloud > Tap on Photos > Turn On the option for iCloud Photo Library at the top.
To turn on iCloud Photo Library on Mac OS X: Go to System Preferences > iCloud > Options next to Photos, then select iCloud Photo Library.
On Windows computer: Download and install iCloud Control Panel > Open iCloud for Windows and sign in with the Apple ID > Enable iCloud Drive and Photos.
Part 2. How to Access iCloud Photo Library on PC/Mac
You can easily access iCloud Photo Library on any browser from any computer.
- Launch any web browser and navigate to icloud.com.
- Log in with your Apple ID.
- Click on the Photos icon from the main menu. It might take a while the first time you load iCloud Photo Library on the web.
