How to Change the Sort Order of Contacts on iPhone

Step 1. Go to Settings > Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Step 2. Tap on Sort Order.

Step 3. Tap on First, Last & Last First as per your need.

This Sort Order option cannot work in Chinese, Japanese and Korean names because they do not have a fixed order.
