How to Use Paste and Go in iOS 9 Safari

Step 1. Just copy a URL or text into your pasteboard, and go to Safari on your iPhone or iPad. Tap and hold on the address/search bar in Safari. You should now see the address bar turn a darker shade of grey, followed by the iOS copy & paste menu.

Step 2. The copy and paste menu will automatically show you a Paste and Go or a Paste and Search option, which depends on the contents you have copied to the pasteboard. If you have a URL copied to your pasteboard, you’ll see a Paste and Go option. If you have general text, you’ll see a Paste and Search instead.

Step 3. Tap on the Paste and Go or Paste and Search, and Safari will show you the content you need. If these new options not appear, make sure that you’re tapping and holding on the address bar directly.
