Step 1. Make sure that you have saved all the documents in other apps and close other apps.
Step 2. Open Terminal from "Applications > Utilities (or by using Spotlight to search for it)".

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/.GlobalPreferences.plist _HIEnableThemeSwitchHotKey -bool true
